All Of Our Shopping Is Done At Guido’s Fresh Marketplace In Great Barrington, MA

Delivery Towns, Days and Times

We deliver within a 45 minute drive from Guido’s in Great Barrington, MA.
Please note a distance surcharge will be applied for driving times that are more than 12 minutes from Guido’s Great Barrington. We calculate driving times by Google Maps. Please click here for more information.

Logistics. Currently, we are only grocery shopping at Guido’s Fresh Marketplace, Great Barrington.  The area we serve are most convenient to the Great Barrington location.

If you are currently outside our delivery area, please get in touch and let us know you are interested.

Our primary delivery days are Monday through Friday, with just a few slots on Saturdays. Our delivery window is 12 until 7, depending on the number of orders we have to fill. Please, do not call before 5pm to inquire about the status of your delivery as it slows down the process and jeopardizes your delivery for that day.

Payments and Discounts

When you place your order, you will be asked for your credit card information, which is held until your shopping is complete. Once it is, your credit card will be charged the amount that was paid at Guido’s register, plus the corresponding delivery fee.  When your groceries are delivered, you will be given the original Guido’s receipt.

The Berkshire Valet services can only be paid for by credit card.

The cost of The Berkshire Valet shopping/delivery service is dependent on the cost of your groceries. See our pricing page for more information.

No. However, there is a minimum delivery fee (see pricing). It is better to shop smaller and more frequently to insure that we can fill everyones’s orders for the day.

Ordering Particulars

Yes. Your order needs to be successfully submitted (you will receive a confirmation email)  24 hours prior to the delivery date you selected.

Enter any item you whose category on the online form seems  your item(s) in the miscellaneous category. If we have questions, we will contact you.

Absolutely! Each item we deliver is transported with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in optimal condition.

Unfortunately, we are not permitted to include alcohol products in our delivery service.

Yes, up to 24 hours before your schedule delivery. If we have already done the shopping on your list, you will be responsible for the payment of the groceries.

Delivery Particulars

We strongly recommend that you be home for your delivery, but we also understand that unforeseen events happen. The Berkshire Valet will leave your delivery in a specified place (porch, patio, etc.) only if you make this request on the form or by text. In this situation, we suggest you leave a cooler for perishables.

Unfortunately, our services end upon arrival.

We use insulated bags for perishables, recycled/repurposed boxes whenever possible, and lastly paper bags.

We make every effort to be on time. If we cannot for some reason, we will contact the number on the shopping form.

Sure! The Berkshire Valet pays a living wage that is not dependent on gratuity. It is not necessary or expected to tip. However, if you feel your experience has been outstanding, it is fine to show appreciation to your delivery person. For this we accept cash.
